DeeJay, I have a question for you. I read your review on the Tascam DR-05. I purchased it and have enjoyed using the device. As you know, it comes with a 2G micro SD card. I wanted to record at the higher quality settings, so I purchased an 8G micro card and installed it. However, when I look at the file sizes and estimated times for each setting, they have not increased from the 2G card. So for example, with the 2G card, I have a recording time of 50 minutes and with the 8G card, a recording time of 50 minutes also. It would seem to me this should have tripled. Any ideas?

I am buying a rig for my DSLR this week but the problem am having is should I spend 700plus on a rig ( Indie Systems’s Bulldog ) or buy something cheaper ( Air Support ) and use the rest for a LED light, a monitor and mic. Without losing that Pro Look. Is there a good rig under 500 that looks just as good as lets say the indie system’s ultra compact with that pro look or should i just spend the 700 and build the camera up slowly?
